Yes, I will remember. Thanks for all your responses. But please allow me to still test things and trouble you in case I am still not able to get the results. In the mean time I have removed the EXCEPT after adding MEMO but I still didn't get the results.

I guess there are more deeper problems here than this, as you know I use FireBird as the backend, so I use blob for memo via Remote Views maybe this is the reason.
