Hi Peter,

One of the solutions could be like this:
- merge letters to the new document (to create a plain Word document)
- scan the excel file for picture file names (either using Excel Automation or import it to VFP cursor and scan the cursor);
- use Word Automation while scanning the excel file and:
- search for the line containing the file name
- if found, insert a picture from this file
....
