Well, as the directories and files are versioned just in a similar manner to VFP, I would assume: yes.
But actually I have no practical experiences on this topic since I never had 1.0 and 1.1 on the same machine and nowadays have only 1.1 and 2.0 installed.

Maybe you try this first in a virtual machine - either using VMware or VirtualPC.
