Our newspapers didn't write that *g*, no this is all political stuff. If there is any criteria, they might have mentioned that the person should be from the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Minority Community, then I don't fit in any, in fact here it is a serious offence to be of the Majority Community, they rob you for the illiterate vote banks. Even if they have such offers it will all be mopped up by people having right political connections and the money transfered to various bank accounts

Big Fish eat Small Fish, the big fishes here have blunt teeth so they gnaw the small fishes to death, small fishes cannot even die quickly *vbg*.

Sorry about the ranting but the grassroot picture here is much different.
