you should make sure you defined all the properties correctly (i.e. the base tables, field mapping, key values) you can run GENDBC and post here the views property if you still have a problem Arnon > >In the system I am programming, I am using all local views. After I finish the system I will need to make it access remote views. My problem is that I need to delete records in a view and have them update the base table. I using a local view for a temporary transaction file, and when the transactions need to rerun, I need to delete all of the old records, before appending new records. When I delete the view's records, it does not delete the records in the base table. Thanks in advance for your help.
