Yup, it can change and the official MS stance is the Roadmap is what it is today and nothing is planned past that, but it can change.

Personally, I don't see it. The Fox team is shrinking. People are leaving and not being replaced. The user base is also getting smaller, making the product more marginalized. Microsoft's solution for small business is not VFP, but Small Business Server and Windows Live.
