I do not include the alias in the command because I always SELECT (viewname) before issuing CURSORSETPROP. I'll include it explicitly and see if it makes any difference.

The odd thing is when I issue CURSORGETPROP('BUFFERING') just before the ZAP command, the result is 3, as expected! It's only when ZAP is executed that I get the error message that suggests that it is still table-buffered!
