Complacency also doesn't help. It just depends what are you angry about, why are you angry, and what will you do about it. Now each time you review your reasons for anger, and understand you're angry about something you can't influence - that's where your frustration level goes up another notch, and that's bad for you, but then that's life. However, speaking up about it may give you that notch back.
