Disregard this, I had misunderstood how crystal reports got the data for its report.

Andrew

Thanks for your quick reply, but I need a little more information. How would you show details based on more than one key in the master table (preferable without using a sub-report)?

If I group on key1 and then on key2, then crystal sets up one group for key1 and nests key2 group under as detail rows. This is not what I want as I want the master to show as one row and all its detail rows nested underneath. Problem is that the details rows much match up with 2 keys in the master table (ex: show only products that belong to both factory and vendor).

This would be easy if the master/details were defined by one key.

Sincerely,

Andrew
