Why is it whenever you post something on a thread you find the answer

i am using SQL Server 2005 which uses SQL Server manager

Found how to change the log in yesterday

When i try and log in as sa it comes up with

Account is disabled

But when I log on with Windows Authentificatio it works OK

Any ideas Please
