Go to
http://codegallery.gotdotnet.com/sednaxSign up as a member (you will receive an email as soon as you have been approved as a member)
Download the SednaX Project Overview Template from the Downloads section out on that site (not here on the UT)
Fill out that template and submit it as an email attachment to projects@sednax.com
You might also consider posting a message about your proposed project on the message boards of SednaX
There are some other documents and stuff in the Downloads section that may be of interest such as the Sample SednaX Project Overview which will show you one that is already filled out and also the SendaX Mission Statement which provides some information about SednaX and what we are seeking to achieve.
