This error message occurs when VFP adds up the height of the page header, detail band, and page footer, and that number exceeds the height of the printable page. Printers have unprintable margins around the edge of the page. Different printers vary in that unprintable margin. You may be running into a situation where YOUR printer can handle it .. but the customer's printer cannot.

Shrink the height of one of those bands and then the report should fit.

>Good day to all,
>here is my problem with the report of vfp9.
>
>I created a simple report to print some tax return on a given pre-formated paper, I also created my own customized paper size in the printer server property and defined a 10X13 paper size have a width of 8.5in and a height of 13in. Also Im using an epson lx-300+ printer.

>I have already deployed the program in a windows 2000 pro machince and it worked perfectly, but when I installed the program on other winxp and 98 machine I get this error message "Data 1 band is too large to fit on page". What does this mean and how can we fix this.
