You can put these files into your .EXE file directory so you won't needed any installed runtime anymore...

VFP9R.dll
VFP9RENU.dll
GDIPlus.dll
MSVCR71.dll

CAREFULL!!!... I didn't said SYSTEM FOLDER. If you put these files into system folder you have to register them.
