I have a prograss bar on a form, when the form opens I get the error...

OLE error code 0x80004005: Unspecified error. OLE object is being ignored. Record number 11.

I have re-registered the ocx and made sure it was the same version as was added to the form. The computer was a new machine, and the program was installed on it and the form worked fine. Then a couple weeks later the customer called back to say it had quit working. They say they didn't install anything, but they may have or a windows update could have ran that over wrote a file needed for the comtl32.ocx to work. Any ideas on how to trace this or any other files that may be needed to be reregistered for it to work?
