I have a simple problem but can't figure out the simple solution.

I have an excel sheet with a row of employee's with their hire dates. I need to build a function to calculate their next anniversary date.

Any ideas on how that could be accomplished?

Example: Hire Date = 06/02/1999
I want calculate anniversary date = 06/02/2006

Hire Date = 02/02/2001
I want to calculate anniversary date = 02/02/2007 (since we are already past this years anniversary)
