True - there was a time when they couldn't attract enough guys who'd load crates into trucks, as they didn't really want to pay them right, so they invented fancy name for the job. "Tehnolog piva" roughly translates to "beer process engineer". There was also a fancy name (though I can't vouch this one was true) for the guys who were loading 50kg sacks into trucks in some other place - "plant transportation automatician". That meant "you just press the button, and the sack automatically lands on your shoulder, you only have to walk with it these 100m".
