Hi All,

How do I display One to many relationship in a excel worksheet.

I have a excel work sheet with following format

Customer Sales Order Main Job Sub Jobs Qty
Customer 1 SO1 JO1 SJO 1 5
Customer 1 SO1 JO1 SJO 2 3
Customer 1 SO1 JO1 SJO 3 1
Customer 1 SO1 JO1 SJO 4 4

I would like to group it this way. (Like in VFP)

Customer Sales Order Main Job Sub Jobs Qty
Customer 1 SO1 JO1 SJO 1 5
SJO 2 3
SJO 3 1
SJO 4 4

So far I have done the following in my VFP prg.

• Open excel object in my VFP program
• Format all columns and heading

I tried to see whether I can record macros to group data ( so I can put the code back in my prg..) Problem is, I just don't know how to group the data this way in Excel.

Please Help !!

TIA
