You are so right. Laws are man made, except the laws of nature (God). We consider ourselves to be a nation of LAWS, as a matter of fact, not suggestions. If we are going to be ruled by laws, then it seems only logical that we enforce them. Otherwise, we might turn into some third world country like say oh hmmm, New Ze.... nah, just kidding....<vbg>
