Looks like I spoke to soon. The app running on the server that needs access to the other apps .DBC isn't able to find whatever it's looking for. I added the path to the files using SET PATH, but it looks like it may be trying to use my original paths I had while developing it. It's giving me an error:

E:\...\data\shopmgt.dbc: The database for table 'g:\...\pclsh.dbf' could not be opened. Would you like to try to locate the owning database or delete the link (and free the table)?

The E:\.. path is my original development path. I've move it to a drive on the server.

The servers absolute path to it is G:\APPS\MANAGE\DATA\shopmgt.dbc which I added using SET PATH. Should I just locate the database for it?

On a more generate note, how do most people handle all of these drive/path issues?
