Don't bind to a table...bind to a view or cursor that has an added logical column.
>I have a grid that is tied to a shared table and would like to include a column with a checkbox that would allow users to select certain records for editing. The issue is I don't want the selected records to appear 'selected' for all users, just to the user that selected them. Is it possible to add a column with a checkbox that isn't bound to the underlying table? Or, should I add a logical field to the table and try to manage this using table buffering or possibly a private data session? Or?
