That wasn't your question. Presumably the compiler has given you a hint as to what your cyclic reln. is.
Personally I don't use the data environment in my reports, but if you have then look for the column "Name" and, I think, near the bottom you'll find a rec whose NAME is "DataEnvironment".

In the EXPR column next to it you may find your reln's etc.
