I went out and downloaded the framework again and reinstalled it. Got the same result. Then I tried a name using no spaces and it worked! So application names with spaces will not build correctly. For example, "My_Application" is fine but "My Application" is not. I tried combinations of upper/lowercase and it doesn't affect it, just the spaces.

Go figure, eh?
