When you append a blank in a table, all fields are blank (no value). However, once a numeric field has a value, it can only be set to zero. Is there any possible way to reset a numeric field back to blank (the way it was after 'append blank')? I realize I could use .NULL., but am just curious about this. To my knowledge, it cannot be done... or can it ?
