I've recently heard of an incredibly large amount of money (hundreds of billions, AFAIR) being poured into social security for the guys with bogus SSNs - which automatically means these guys are also paying for someone's Medicare, paying federal and state taxes, while getting nothing for that (and can't file for tax return either, because their SSN is fake).

John, sometimes you are completely full of s***. Yes, NPR has a liberal tilt. (Someone has to with the rest of the media on the run). But their journalistic integrity is beyond question. If you have an example otherwise, let's hear it.
It's fine that you're conservative. But please don't reflexively trash all "unbelieving" sources. There are good and bad news sources all across the political spectrum. When you're runnin' down NPR, you're walkin' on the fightin' side of me ;-)
