service was deporting people, I would also arrest them. As a cop, that's what I'm duty bound to do regardless of race, color, creed or national origin.
I can uderstand and wld not blame you for that.

There is funny true story about our famous good old village cop that happened some 30 years back :)
In the village where my perents live, there was the time when newly appointed Police chief decided to stop people from driving bicycles on the sidewalks. (Since there is no separate track for bicycles everybody was driving them on sidewalks for years)
Now, mentioned street cop got assigned for that unpleasent task and went on issuing tickets/small fines right in the (busy) middle of the day. People (mostly women) were upset/complaining some of them laughing/joking and slowly small crowd got gathered there...
Now at some point everybody turned their heads down the street - dissaster was just about to strike;
There goes Cop's wife cycling down the street.
- Miss, wld you pull over you bicycle!
- Sretene, (Cop name) are you out of your mind ?!?
- Miss please pull over your bicycle!
Now she stops the bike and started looking in disbelief arround to him and local crowd (Everybodu knows everybody)
- Miss, You are not alowed to drive bike on the sidewalk, and there is fine of 500 dinars to be paid. (And he started writing down the ticket)
- You morron! You did not leave me any money this morning!!!
How I am suppose to pay for this !? (And then all bunch of other things which were not exactly nice... )
Now obvioselly embarrased Cop, looked at his wife and then to the local crowd
and finally reached for *solution* .
He opened his upper(inner) pocket and took out the 500 dinars bill
and waved it in his hand so everybody can see.
- This is my personall money (Pointing to Upper/Inner pocket)
- And this is money collected from people (Pointing to side pocket)
- I am gonna now pay for this ticket! (with very speciall expression on his face)
And then he really put that money in his down pocket.
Everybody died laughing and that become vilage story forever.
(Aldough I wld not wanna be in his shoes that day when he got home :)) )
So no exceptions - Duty is Duty!
BTW that Police chief who ordered whole action did not last long. They got him transffered after just a year or so.
Cheers :)
