In addition to other replies, could it be that you accidentally put the information into Group section of the report instead of detail?

>I have a report based on a cursor containing a single record. Some of the data is printed in the header part and some of it in the detail section. I have made a copy of the report. The new report has the same data as the other one, except the new cursor has more than one record, requiring multiple details records to be printed in the detail band. But now the report only prints the first record on the cursor and none of the others. I dont want to have to redesign the whole report as the header bands of the two reports are the same and contain a lot of data. Is there a way of fixing this.
