Only 2 incidents will be handled for free. (I find many more bugs and doc-flaws in the product version's lifecycle.) One must start an incident with a commitment to pay ($99!) and it is MS who will decide whether or not the incident is the result of a defect.
I am curious - how many bug fixes do you handle for free when they are bugs that are found by your clients in the software that you have written for them?
Oh, and BTW, who decides whether or not the client's issue is a bug or not - you or the client?
