Did you try posting your question in one of the Intuit forums? Perhaps there's a QuickBooks SDK forum or something similar?

Yes there is and yes I did. No response there either - I suspect this is a Win2K3 issue - my research shows that the SDK is not supported on Win2K3 and there are actually third part products for sale to resolve the issues.

My client installed a Win2K server last night and we are going to try again - apparently I had a really good question because no one has been able to provide ant assistance - everything I have discovered has been through my own efforts.
