Hi,
If the motherboard is not compatible or has a BIOS problem, there is little you can do via the O/S other than a BIOS or Driver update.
Go back to the motherboard manufacturer, they are the only ones that can help you at this stage.
The other possibility is that the Motherboard is damaged in some way.
