Hi,
Make a copy of the form, add it to the project, then delete the tables from the data environment of that form.
Copy the form to the new location and add it to the project, then add the new tables to the data environment.

This will only work if the table structures are identical.

I would then open the form as a DBF and pack it, to get rid of the old references.
