When it comes to voting, politicians in office really do not care about the views of those who elected him/her. Consideration to the views of voters is not given until shortly before it is time for an election or reelection. Voters have short memories.

Politicians are controlled by lobbyist and other politicians who trade favors and create pork barrel spending, along with related political party agenda. What is desired by the voters is forgotten once a politician is in Washington D.C.

You would not go to the most expensive store to buy your groceries just because you thing it is fair. And many corporations now discover that sometimes outsourcing is good and other times it is bad. Outsourcing will change the way we see out jobs, the way people train for the job, how they choose colleges, etc. But I don’t see it as a sign that American capitalism is wrong. I remember that in early 80s some people were saying that computers will take away
