NOW I don't believe them! I don't think I've ever seen this in the UK. I guess these people think God gave us a leg, to operate the throttle and brake with, and another to aid balance and getting in and out of the car with

Mind you - we DO get the most heinous of parkers - those who leave their cars in the disabled specs. If not for the multitude of witnesses, I'd gladly let their tyres down to the rims!
