In PCAW, as far as I remember, there's an icon where you click when you want to transfer the clipboard, and you get a little form where you decide in which direction it goes.

Citrix is much easier with clipboard transfer - whatever you do with the clipboard on either side, it uses your local clipboard, so you don't have to click anything, it's simply the same. You can copy in a citrix window and paste in any other window and vice versa.
