Dear All,

My problem is I'm using VFP9a with MySQL server, mySQL 4.1.xx charset is set to be "latin1". I have tried to set to "big5" used to display traditional chinese, however, when I'm doing this, the data was displayed wrongly... my thinking is VFP "decode" automatically.

however, another program using MS SQL server, using PHP access, the Chinese can be displayed correctly, but if I use VFP/ODBC to download the data, the data was displayed wrongly...

What is the problem? what can I do to fix this?
