What line of code generates this error?

There are no screens, it is a behind the scenes maintenance program. Well now we are trying to get this automatically scheduled by CA7 and we are getting the above error. I did have it scheduled with Windows scheduler on a server that did not have VFP installed, and it ran just fine. Why is CA7 (Computer Associates schedule software) having a problem?
