What really, in practical terms is the difference between a child brought by it's parents who snuck into the country illegally, and one born here to illegal immigrant parents. If a child is 3 years old when brought in, would it be so much different for you and me as legal citizens 17 years later, had the parents snuck in 4 years earlier and had the child here?

That part of the argument at least, seems to me to be nothing more than a semantic ploy to kick people out of the country and has no real merit. I find it simply heartless.
