If we're still talking about that person who was brought here at the age of 3 years old, according to the laws of both of our countries, a 3 year old cannot commit a criminal act. Certainly he/she cannot form the intent to profit from it. Now you want to treat that person in a way that the law disallows for any other kind of criminal act. You want to punish the child for the sins of the father. We have exactly the same issues here in Canada, and I still can't support that sort of, what is to me, simply a spiteful action.
