U.S. Presidents in the early stages of Alzheimer's don't stroll along every day, either. RR gets so much more credit (from some) than he deserves. I will remember him as the actor President -- no more, no less. Was he a likeable man? Absolutely. Was he good at focusing on a few key points? Yes. But he didn't even run his own administration. Backroomers with agendas decided policy and wheeled genial old Ronnie out there to smile, wave, and read his text.
You can probably guess what other recent President reminds me of him.
