When I got onto UT at noon it said there were 36 new messages.

My review seemed short, so I went back and re-scrolled. I found that I had only seen about 15 messages, yet the scroll-bar was at bottom!

A re-signon didn't make any difference. It is quite clear that there are more messages - just no way to scroll to them.
If it is any help, scroll ends at title "Report Designer" and the title above that, "Form Designer", had 4 messages in it.
