There is an interesting article at www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/64bit/russel_exploringx64.mspx which discuss the issues with moving 8\16 bit applications to Windows 64-bit. I have posted this information here so that in the future if anyone runs into this problem they will have somewhere to get information. The FoxPro for Windows would not install on the machine and any application with the exe’s would not run. The only solution to this problem is to install a 32-bit operating system on the 64-bit hardware and then it will work.
