I agree with you there. I have had many discussions with clients or potential clients who say "FoxPro is xBase, and xBase is dying/dead", and I have to respond with something like "FoxPro has its roots in xBase, but is now (and always has been) so far ahead of the other xBase languages (none of which have been upgraded for many years) that they are not worth a second look."
