Felons can vote here in TN. All they have to do is go back before the judge who sentenced them and say how much they've reformed themselves. Murderers and rapist and people who have been convicted of voter fraud cannot have their rights restored, but I'm sure the Democrats are working on them too. That's a pretty significant voting block here in Memphis! Ever wonder why it's the Democrats who want the felons to vote?<g>
