If the child is the issue and they were brought here by the parents, they can be taken back by the parents. If they have reached adult status, they are committing a crime each day. If they were born on our soil, current law says they are a citizen. (I don't agree with that, but I don't arbitrate laws either).

All that is simply hypothetical. The reality is they aren't going to be deported. The will be assimilated after the government has extracted some money from them. The gates have been left open for too long and now the numbers are unweildy. We will have to allow them to stay. We have got to seal the borders first though.
