Are you sure that they are using the Print Preview Toolbar printer icon to do the printing? I had a very similar problem when I first released my recent app. I found that they were using the printer icon from the FoxPro Screen toolbar and it gave them the error (I believe it was the same error you're getting) When I removed the FoxPro icons and all that remained was the Print Preview Toolbar, it worked okay. - Just a thought.
