Why isn't anyone moving a finger to squeeze the demand for their labor? Oh, because it's sort of impossible to check one's SSN? I'm amazed, checking a 9-digit ID number is oh so impossible, while every day you swipe your plastic a 16 digit number is checked, accompanied by probably even longer transaction ID, and it takes just a few seconds over a modem, and it happens a billion times a day. So it must be impossible.
