>>>It's "gid miwning" and no other way!
>>
>>I asked if any of you guys had seen any episodes! I agree with the "gid" but I still heard it as "moaning".
>
>In Serbian phonetic, "gid miuning" was the unofficial greeting in our office at the time :). And while I had a suspect tire on my bicycle, I often had to have a pump with me and used it to deliver the special sign - lift it twice (just like the truncheon).

>>OK, when the Germans all said "Heil Hitler" what did the 3rd one, with the glasses always say at the end?

>Forgot that bit... remind me.
I was hoping you could tell ME. I never quite caught it but it sounded like "Klop!"
That series was amazing. It's crazy how a few simple phrases could raise a laugh over and over again:
"listen verrrry carefully. Ah will say zis only once""
"Pssst! 'Tis I, Leclerc"
"Youuu Stupid woman!"
"arrgh! I see flashing knobs" (knob in GB is another word for penis)
"The fallen Madonna ..."
"I 'ave a dicky tickerrrrr"
I could watch them all again back-to-back.
