Sorry that I don't know the name for what I am talking about...

Anyway, I have a guestbook on a website that is getting spammed. It is a guestbook I designed in PHP (not too fancy). Is there a way I can add one of those things where you have to type the number in an image into a box to proceed? Is there a free provider for this?

Or is there a better way to handle this?

Sorry, not really a PHP pro, or a web programming pro for that matter!
