In my application, one "Client" can have many "Contacts" that can have many "Telephones". I have a special "Contact" that could be called the "Main Contact" and I must show in the "Clients" form the first TOP 2 occurrences of this "Contact Telephone". I made a View selecting the records, the 2 TextBox (for Telephone 1 and Telephone 2) doesn´t have a Control Source and in the Refresh method of the form I initialize both values (going to TOP/BOTTOM). In the Valid method of each control I replace the right value in the View. Is this the best approach to handle this kind of problem ?
