>I've seen this on local news here, which is amazing, since these usually don't notice the rest of the world unless there are at least a few dozen dead.

>So, there's high water all over north Serbia, including some low-lying areas of Belgrade. The levees are still holding, but water gets through sewers here and there, so a few streets have a few inches of water lying. These guys from the Red Bull advertising team hired the wakeboarders to do some street skiing on water. They hauled the special SUV which is used for their publicity stunts, which drove through the water as fast as it could, dragging two guys on board. They did fifteen runs near the Fair, then went to Nebojša tower (part of the Kalemegdan fortress which overlooks the river Sava flowing into Danube there) and had another set of rounds there.

Denub is over 10m. This level is reached in 1895 only.
There are signs that till wednesday level will continue go up.
Most of the towns around Danube start going under water
