I have a collection of files created by Install Shield (I think) that when executed will install an application. I have added the files to a ZIP archive to make the files easier to download from the internet. My problem now is that I will have to write instruction explaining how to extract the files from the ZIP archive and explaining how to dbl-click the setup.exe file (I probably have to further explain which file is the setup.exe file if they have turned off the extension for known file types).

Anywho. How difficult is it to make a self-extracting ZIP file? What software do you reccomend me using? Can I "auto launch" the setup.exe file from withing the self-extracting ZIP file executable?

Any information would be appreciated.
